The Story Behind the Mission

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Jonita “Jo” Cooper learned early how powerful knowledge and access can be. She saw too many people working hard yet still struggling — not because of a lack of effort, but because conversations about money and opportunity were rarely had. That realization shaped her mission to bridge that gap and bring understanding where silence once lived.

A U.S. Army Finance Noncommissioned Officer, Senior Budget Analyst, and first-generation college graduate with a Master’s in Biology, Jo has experienced the intersection between financial instability and
health firsthand. She’s seen families delay care, sacrifice goals, and live in quiet stress because they lacked financial literacy and resources.

While she continues to pursue her long-term goal of becoming a physician, Jo’s current work focuses on helping individuals and families strengthen the financial side of their overall well-being — because true wellness begins with stability, education, and access.

By merging her background in finance, science, and service, Jo now helps individuals and communities understand how to build wealth, protect what matters, and create lasting freedom. Her mission is
simple yet powerful:

Jonita “Jo” Cooper is a purpose-driven leader, U.S. Army Finance Noncommissioned Officer, and Senior

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Jo combines her background in finance, science, and service to

A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jo holds a Bachelor of Science from Tougaloo College and a Master of Science from Alcorn State University. Through her partnership with PHP Agency under Integrity Marketing Group, she helps individuals and families build wealth, protect what
